HYHG have several sub groups which meet on a regular basis to undertake reviews, development, problem-solving and, if necessary, decision-making for the organisation.
HYHG Board
The Chief Executive, the Operations Manager and the Directors meet to review the position and development of the organisation.
Finance Committee
The Chief Executive, Operations Manager, Finance Officer and a Director meet monthly to discuss overall financial issues.
Health & Safety Committee
The Operations Manager, two Managers and the HR Officer/PA to Chief Executive meet bi-monthly to ensure that the organisation is running according to best practice for health and safety.
IT Steering Group
The Operations Manager, one Manager, four IT champions and an IT Consultant meet bi-monthly to review current IT provision within the organisation, training requirements for HYHG personnel and on-going IT development projects.
HR Committee
The Chief Executive, two Managers and the HR Officer/PA to Chief Executive meet bi-monthly to review HYHG policies and procedures, job descriptions and terms and conditions of employment.
CPM Steering Group
The Prevention Manager, Crisis Intervention Manager and staff from Local Authorities and other funders meet bi-monthly to monitor and evaluate the Crashpad Mediation Project.
HHAH! Advisory Group
The HHAH! Manager, Chief Executive, health related agencies and PCT representatives meet bi-monthly to monitor and evaluate the HHAH! Project.
Social Committee
A range of HYHG personnel meet every six weeks to organise social gatherings for HYHG workers.
