Dual Diagnosis Support

The Dual Diagnosis Support service works with homeless and potentially homeless people age 16 years and over who have a mental health issue and / or additional needs.

Counselling

One to one counselling is available across all areas of the county, free of charge to homeless people 16 years and over wishing to engage with this service

Education and service user involvement project.

Education sessions are delivered in local schools and youth settings in conjunction with service users. For more details please contact education@hyhg.org

Young persons case workers

The Young Persons case workers work to prevent homelessness on behalf of specific local authorities. If homelessness cannot be prevented then a referral via the HYHG gateway is made into the HYHG support services.
